SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with TIKIGINGER® LLC.  We appreciate your business. Currently, we are using USPS GROUND 3-5 DAY SHIPPING for each package.  

Your order is shipped within 2-3 business days (Excluding Holidays) of placing your order.  

Under normal circumstances you will receive your package within 7-10 Business days from placing your order. 

No guarantees can be made regarding the exact amount of time it can take to receive your shipment. 

We make every effort to deliver in less than 10 business days from the time your order is received. 

Once you receive a tracking number for your package, that is an indication that the package has been shipped.

Once the tracking number indicates that the package has been CONFIRMED “delivered” to the address you indicated on your order, TIKIGINGER® LLC. is no longer responsible for the package.  We cannot search for or replace ANY packages that have been scanned by USPS as delivered.  We are unable to be responsible for packages stolen from the address provided. 

If the shipping service indicates that the package is LOST and the tracking # indicates that the package was NEVER delivered, TIKIGINGER® LLC. will gladly ship a new package.

If you did not receive your package and the tracking number indicates that it was delivered, you MUST contact your local POST OFFICE OR USPS that delivers to your specific location to find out the whereabouts of your package.
