ONCE AN ORDER HAS SHIPPED, DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
WE ALSO DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REASONS INCLUDING IF THE PRODUCT “SCENT” IS NOT WHAT YOU WERE EXPECTING. PLEASE READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY.

TO CANCEL AN ORDER, EMAIL YOUR FULL NAME AND ORDER NUMBER TO customersupport@tikiginger.com AND REQUEST TO CANCEL ORDER. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE EMAIL, WE WILL LET YOU KNOW THE STATUS OF THE ORDER AND WHETHER OR NOT IT HAS BEEN PREPARED AND PACKAGED FOR SHIPPING.
PRODUCT DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS
IF AN ORDER WAS PLACED AND THE CUSTOMER TYPED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS AND THE ORDER WAS RETURNED TO THE SENDER, THAT CUSTOMER MAY PURCHASE A NEW SHIPPING LABEL AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO RE-SHIP THAT ORDER.
IF, HOWEVER, THE ORIGINAL ORDER WAS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER TYPED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, AND THE PACKAGE IS NOT RETURNED TO THE SENDER, WE AT TIKIGINGER®LLC ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING THAT ORDER.
